We are a financial technology start-up company with an objective to provide innovative solutions in the Corporate Finance domain. Our aim is driven by passion and desire to provide value addition to the corporates. We bring along with us decades of experience in the fields of Finance and Information Technology. The Start-up was conceptualised based on our vast experience in the Corporate Finance function across multiple organisations. By applying information technology to our functional expertise we plan to design unique digital solutions for the corporate.
Market study revealed that there are very few digital application options available currently in the trade finance domain. Hence we zeroed down on Trade Finance; primarily due to the intricacies involved in the work process. With this backdrop, we designed and developed Comprehensive Customised Solutions which will facilitate in managing the responsibilities in a seamless manner and enhance the productivity. It is also our endeavour to extend our solutions to the SMEs which will contribute to their growth and development since they don’t necessarily have the resources and access to technology unlike the large corporates.
The Pandemic situation has resulted in travel restrictions and has made it compulsory for most of us to work from home. Our cloud-based solution will facilitate the team members to work remotely and collaboratively at the same time in a paperless environment.
In addition to Trade Finance, it was only logical to include ancillary activities like Bank Guarantee and Forex Management in our product-offering. Our solutions are extensive; covering the complete process cycle from transaction initiation to closure These applications can be used on a stand-alone basis irrespective of any software systems used in the organisation. They are also capable of integration with the existing systems with additional effort.
